I bought these bulbs for my car as I was having trouble seeing when driving at night on unlit roads/motorway. Brought these for my in-laws Fabia as they were complaining that they could barely see the standard bulbs.Each car is different, but usually, you access the bulb from the engine bay without removing the headlight. With their optimised high-precision filament geometry, high-pressure gas filling, high-precision coating and high-quality UV-Quartz glass, Philips WhiteVision ultra headlights set a new standard for road-legal white light. I bought these bulbs because i needed some 5000K bulbs made by a good brand like Philips (i had already some Xtreme vision and blue vision bulbs). The Diamond vision look ok and give a nice white light but def not recommended for country roads on dark nights. I never bothered with diamond vision cause of the reasons why they lost their e mark status many years ago and became off road use only, i loved the old blue vision ultra but they lost the e mark and were replaced by white vision.

I haven't noticed any difference in the quality of light they produce in comparison to standard bulbs, but these do light up reflective road signs much better than standard bulbs! The compination of the RacingVision H7 and WhiteVision W5W has lifted the cars image, making it look a bit more modern and allows me to see and drive with confidence at night. Philips’s vision (no pun intended) was for these to be a nice looking xenon bulb, and they definitely pulled through on that claim.
