Caned by the Headmaster!

After the sixth stroke I was told to pull my pants up and to behave in her class in future. That night, as I examined my red, smarting bottom in the mirror, I determined that I would do exactly that. I was very relieved at first, because although I had never been caned, I knew boys who had and I knew that it would be awful.

But there appear to be other establishments which are doing the community a bad turn. The Home Office should make a very searching inquiry into the whole system. Being very silly, I did just that and when my friend did not answer, I wrote a note and tossed it across – but of course it fell on the floor, just as Mrs Johnson turned round. She was extremely angry and told me to wait behind at the end of the class.

He suggested that the boy should be placed in a children's home, but there was no vacancy so he was sent to the approved school instead. CASE No. 1: The worst caning, for smoking. The master who took the photographs claimed that beatings there had contravened approved school regulations. Sufficient evidence of excessive punishment for the photographs to be placed before the Chief Medical Officer to the Ministry of Health and the Home Office. a glimpse of his underwear over the waist of his jeans. And what a treat we hen we get to see his tight dark grey underwear. Would have been great to have some more photos ( a lot more) of Ryan in his tight underwear. We are not prepared to comment on these pictures without an opportunity to investigate their authenticity. As at least one, however, appears to suggest punishment in excess of that permitted under the Approved School Rules, we urge you in the interests of all concerned to name the approved school so that an immediate investigation can be carried out."Offered the choice of corporal punishment or expulsion, her parents refuse to cooperate, and eventually an independent hearing is arranged to resolve the matter. As the hearing progresses it looks at first as if Corinne has won but the presiding magistrate's decision is not in her if she doesn't want to be expelled she must accept the caning. There's even worse news for Corinne, though, when he adds four strokes of the tawse to her punishment. CASE No. 4: Age 14, one of six children. Intelligence below average. At one time family was homeless and children were placed in care of local authority. Mother suffers from "nervous depression" and father died -- according to mother -- "after chasing" the boy and his sister when they disobeyed him.

The cane is such an elegant implement. Beautiful, long, generally smooth, and sometimes with a well-crafted crook handle. It's an implement that can become the subject of objectification. I remember my first erections were all about it, rather than any human flesh! To this day, I still dream of it, although I would say I have the balance between cane and flesh rather better sorted these days! The former teacher says he has since passed on details of two further alleged incidents reported to him by a teacher still at the school. The boy in this case is aged 14. A teacher is liable to instant dismissal for infringing the punishment regulations. And what a handsome he new guy Jonathan is, I wish he has less of a tan line, but otherwise he is perfect. That final scene with the German teacher is wonderful, although a couple of tears would have been the icing on the crispy creme

The majority of teachers were male and although we had more women teachers later, at the time in question, when I was 14, we had only two female teachers. I attended a boys’ grammar school in the North of England in the 1960s. Corporal punishment was widely used. Most of the teachers used the slipper, while the headmaster and deputy head used the cane. Yet from the remand home where he was sent after a court appearance came this report a month later: THE approved schools date from the monumental Children's Act of 1933. They were intended to be a break away from the reformatory mentality. "We shall avoid the penal aspect of these places," said the Home Secretary of the day -- Sir John Simon.
